Geotech has realesed the improved seismometer version KS-2000 Rev.1 Geotech has delivered to Singapore a real-time Web-based Building Monitoring System called SMARTMonitor Geotech engineers have installed three Wi-Fi based seismic networks, 24 channels @ 1000 sps, in the Australian outback: A large number of KS-2000M broadband seismometers, as well as SMART-24R® recorders were delivered to China Seismological Bureau. Geotech installed two SMART-based seismo-acoustic arrays for volcano monitoring in Ecuador. They contributed to the timely evacuation of 4000 people before the Tungurahua eruption in 2006 (see EOS article). 15 KS-54000 broadband borehole seismometers were delivered to IRIS and AFTAC. A KS-2000/SMART-24D® based, VSAT telemetry array was delivered to NGRI, Hyderabad, India. Geotech Instruments delivered 12 Infrasound Arrays, four of them portable. SMART-24A® was selected by CWB, Taiwan, as their new 24-bit accelerograph: more than 200 units installed! Geotech announces KS-1, the observatory grade VBB seismometer! SMARTDrum Software Package for Helicorder-like daily plots SEISPLUS program for interactive seismogram processing. Now imports SEISAN, SUDS, CSS, ASCII, miniSEED and GSE files, and has support for MySQL® database! CALPLUS Sine Wave and Random Binary Calibration Package CD1Reader Java program for CD1.0 data streams, local recording in CSS3.0 format, as well as forwarding to other CD1.0 or CD1.1 readers. Recently interfaced to SMARTGeoHub®, so that real-time waveforms can be displayed with SMARTGeoViewer® Broadband seismometer Models KS-2000 and KS-2000M (with microprocessor and motors for automated mass centering). A short-period version KS-2000SP, and a educational version KS-2000EDU/20s are also available	Geotech has delivered a 7-station weak and strong motion network to Kosovo. Geotech delivered borehole seismometers Model GS-21 to the Technical Service for Geosphere Measurements in Paris Geotech delivered to NOA, Greece, 20 portable stations: KS-2000M & SMART-24R®. Geotech has delivered and installed in Canada 8 KS-2000 seismometers, 3 of them borehole; gyro technology was used for their N-S orientation. Geotech adds 5 VSAT broadband seismic stations to the Patras University seismic network, Greece, including the SMARTGeoHub® and SMARTQuake® Central Station software. Geotech will deliver and install in Singapore 6 strong motion systems, 4 of them borehole, in Singapore,including the SMARTGeoHub® and SMARTProc acceleration processing software. Thailand Meteorological Department chooses Geotech Instruments for the 49 seismic station upgrade as part of the Tsunami Risk Reduction Program Geotech has installed the URVA BB station for the Virginia Tech Seismological Observatory, with Earthworm exporter.
